Frequently asked questions

I believe in transparency and empowering my clients. My 19 years of experience mean I have trained people from all walks of life, and im here to provide clear, helpful information to get you started on your path to fitness and fighting excellence.

What if I am a beginner or not a violent person?

Many people start as beginners, and that's perfectly fine! My training is about discipline, fitness, and skill development, not violence. I cater to all levels, from complete novices to professional fighters, ensuring a supportive and safe environment.

What should I bring to a session?

For your one-hour session, please wear loose, comfortable clothing. If you have them, bring hand wraps; otherwise, I can guide you on these. Don't forget water and a sweat towel to stay hydrated and fresh.

I am worried about contact and getting hurt.

Your safety is my top priority. My role as a professional coach is to teach in a safe and controlled manner. Any contact is introduced slowly and progressively, building your confidence and skills at your pace. I ensure a safe learning environment.

What is your unique coaching style or philosophy?

I believe in unlocking the potential my clients never knew existed within themselves. My aim is to make you feel more like a true warrior, helping you discover strength, resilience, and confidence through rigorous yet rewarding training.
